It is with great pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Mark Monahan.

In the summer of 2004, we decided that it was time for the move that we had been thinking about. We wanted to move from our family home in Caulfeild to a property with a view of the harbour. We had viewed everything on the market but none of these properties were suited to us. Mark then took the initiative to knock on doors in certain areas that we preferred, and through his determination and hard work, Mark found an owner who was willing to sell. The home was perfect for us and it has a fantastic view. Mark then proceeded to sell our home in a matter of days.
